Carolyn joined Lakeview Capital Partners in August 2015 establishing the Institutional Group as the President and Senior Consultant. Having more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry of which 20 is as an Institutional Consultant, she globally consults to institutions, high-net-worth individuals and families, and has an impassioned specialization in servicing socially responsible investors and non-profit organizations. Carolyn advises and
educates clients using a structured investment process incorporating investment policy development, asset allocation, manager selection and due diligence, and performance measurement as well as reviewing, developing and implementing their socially responsible investment standards.
Preceding her move, since 1999 Carolyn served as one of the principal consultants at the Atlanta Consulting Group, directly advising on $3 billion in assets.
Carolyn holds the professional designations of Certified Investment Management Analyst and Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
She is a member of the Financial Planning Association as well as the Financial and Wealth Institute.
Carolyn is actively engaged in her community. Among her numerous philanthropic endeavors, she had previously served on the Board of Directors for Cool Girls and Mostly Mutts.
In August of 2015, Adrian joined Lakeview Capital Partners as the Chief Operations Officer for the Institutional Group. Bringing 19 years of experience in the investment industry, she is responsible for all aspects of the investment operations, compliance, client service and human resources management.
Prior to joining Lakeview, Adrian spent four years at Herndon Capital Management as a domestic and international Equity Trader for their large and mid-capitalization equity strategies. She also focused on providing real-time technical analysis on product holdings in the Materials, Energy, and Consumer Discretionary sectors.
Adrian previously worked directly with Carolyn LaRocco at the Atlanta Consulting Group for ten and half years as a Client Operations Specialist responsible for trade implementation, operations, and client servicing. She transferred internally to that
group after a year stint as a Performance Analyst and Client Service Associate in the retail brokerage division. Adrian began her career with SunTrust Banks, Inc. in the Trust & Investment Operations division.
Adrian received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville and attained professional development studies in Human Resources Management programs at Emory University and Cornell University-School of Industrial
and Labor Relations. She earned the Certified Fraud Examiner credential and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and Georgia Chapter.
In September of 2016, Patrick joined Lakeview Capital Partners as the Investment Analyst for Lakeview Institutional. He is responsible for client performance reporting, manager evaluation and due diligence, asset allocation/cash flow studies in addition to fee analysis and other ad hoc requests. Patrick has worked in the investment industry for over 13 years, working in various capacities withinthe field.
Prior to joining Lakeview, Patrick worked at Invesco Ltd. as an RFP Specialist. He completed request for proposals and due diligence questionnaires for domestic and international growth strategies. Additionally, he collaborated with team members to assist in completing requests for other strategies.
Patrick previously worked with Carolyn LaRocco at the Atlanta Consulting Group as a Performance Analyst and Investment Analyst in two separate stints with the firm. As a Performance Analyst, he was responsible for account reconciliation, monthly performance
scorecards and quarterly client performance reports. As an Investment Analyst, Patrick worked with Carolyn on asset allocation/cash flow studies, fee analysis, manager searches and manager due diligence.
Patrick received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Radford University.
In September 2018, Zach joined Lakeview Institutional as a Performance Analyst and is responsible for client reporting and performance validation.
Prior to joining Lakeview Institutional, Zach was a Performance Analyst at LCG Associates responsible for quarterly performance evaluation and analysis as well as presentation of client and market performance through monthly and quarterly reports.
He graduated from Mississippi State University with BBA in Finance. During college, Zach was an Investment Analyst Intern at Segal Rogerscasey (now Segal Marco Advisors). His responsibilities included performance calculation and reconciliation, production of quarterly investment reports, total fund portfolio analysis, manager due diligence, and assisting with asset allocation studies.
In June of 2019, Nicole joined Lakeview Institutional as a Business Development Executive and is responsible for client relations. Bringing 15 years of experience in the Investment and Banking Industry, she is responsible for obtaining client referrals, developing new business, increasing marketing efforts, providing core client-facing service and financial planning.
Prior to joining Lakeview Institutional, Nicole spent the majority of her career as a Private Banker and Wealth Advisor. She started her career at SunTrust Securities and has worked for several large Financial Institutions. She has concentrated on the Investment and lending needs of high-net worth individuals, independent women, businesses and retired clients by helping them develop strategies to manage their personal and corporate finances. She stresses a long-term approach and is committed to establishing relationships built on trust to achieve growth.
Nicole received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kennesaw State University. During college, Nicole studied marketing abroad in England, Scotland and Ireland. She is a member of ACG Global, ProWIN and the Buckhead Business Association.
In August 2019, Andy joined Lakeview Capital Partners as a Senior Investment Analyst for the Institutional Group. With over 13 years of investment industry experience, he is responsible for all aspects of the investment process and additional services for clients focusing on manager due-diligence as well as client service.
Prior to joining Lakeview, Andy began his career at SunTrust and later Northern Trust, where he delivered OCIO services to Foundation & Endowment clients up to $500+ million. He met with current clients to discuss their current portfolios, as well as present to prospective clients. He served as single point of contact for clients with Northern Trust.
Andy holds the professional designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs, and from Georgia State University with a Master’s in Business Administration. He is a Southeastern Council of Foundations Hull Fellow.
